If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@ridefire.cc, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in as-new condition.
Once a return has been initiated, the item must be sent back within one month. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returned items are not in a resaleable condition.

Gift Returns
For privacy and security reasons, only the original purchaser can initiate a return. This ensures compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
Funds will be returned to your original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for online orders.
If you require a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund. This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.
Bundle Returns
If you purchased items as part of a bundle, a full refund will only be issued when all items in the bundle are returned.

- Items damaged through normal wear and tear or prolonged use are not considered faulty
- Worn items must be cleaned before returning
- Unwashed returns may be refused and sent back
How to Make a Return
To start a return, please email info@ridefire.cc with a full garment description and order number and the reason for initiation.
Third-Party Purchases
If you purchased a Scia Cycling product through another retailer, please contact them directly to arrange your return.
